Processing time
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded).
Pre-orders
Pre-order items take 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it ships together when the pre-order item is ready unless you ask us to split it.
United States
- Standard: $5, arrives in 5 to 6 business days after shipping.
- Express: $25, arrives in 1 to 2 business days after shipping.
- USPS options are also shown at checkout with live rates.
International
We ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout (DHL Express, UPS or USPS). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility unless they are prepaid at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Wrong address
Double check your address at checkout. We can update it until the order ships. Packages returned to us for a bad address are reshipped at the buyer's cost.
Lost or damaged
If tracking stalls for 7 days or your order arrives damaged, email info@tigerwear.co with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
Event pickup
Buying at an event? Booth orders are handed to you on the spot. No shipping applies.
